From the moment the property became available Kathy worked tirelessly to make sure we got the property we wanted. Thanks to her, all our i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. About Kathy Samson
Kathy started her Real Estate career in 1986 in Northern Virginia. She became a broker in 1989 and opened her own brokerage firm Access Realty. She hired and trained over 100 agents in the last 24 years and has over $150,000,000 in property sales and hundreds of happy and satisfied repeat customers and clients.From 1994 to 1998 she taught the Brokers course for Moseleys’s School of Real Estate, helping agents achieve their dream of opening their own Brokerage Firm.
In 2011, Kathy relocated to the Outer Banks in North Carolina and is now affiliated with Watersedge Properties in Kitty Hawk as a Broker. Kathy is able to combine her passion for real estate and her love for the Outer Banks, fulfilling a long time dream.
